Social Media Campaign
The Brief:
Cupra, in collaboration with RampSpace Magazine, wanted to highlight its strong connection to the sport of padel, which the brand actively sponsors. To bring this vision to life, we created a social media campaign featuring professional padel players Victoria Kurz and Jonas Messerschmidt, both official Cupra ambassadors. The goal was to showcase their passion for the sport while seamlessly integrating the Cupra Formentor VZ into the narrative.
Our Approach:
To capture the energy and intensity of padel, we structured the campaign around a mix of dynamic action shots and personal storytelling. We filmed sequences of Victoria and Jonas in action, highlighting their skill, movement, and determination on the court. In addition to the sports footage, we conducted interview segments, where the athletes shared their personal connection to Cupra, their experience as ambassadors, and their perspective on the synergy between the sport and the brand.
To tie the automotive element into the campaign, we shot cinematic footage of the Cupra Formentor VZ, focusing on its design, agility, and performance features. The sleek visuals and fast-paced edits mirrored the intensity of the padel sequences, reinforcing Cupra’s brand identity as a performance-driven and dynamic company.
Production Details:
The shoot took place in Düsseldorf, Germany with a dedicated crew of two videographers and one photographer, ensuring seamless execution. Our team carefully balanced sports cinematography, interview storytelling, and automotive videography, resulting in a high-impact final product.
Results:
The completed campaign was published across Cupras social media channel, generating strong engagement within both the sports and automotive communities. By blending athletic excellence with Cupra’s high-performance image, the campaign successfully reinforced the brand’s presence in the padel world and beyond.
